What We Offer

This web-based interactive program helps you find a realistic approach to weight management. You select a weight goal and learn what it will take to get there and maintain your loss. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete this initial assessment. During the same Internet session, you then have the option to use any of the nine modules we offer to develop more detailed strategies to help you. Once you finish, you immediately receive a customized report with tips and ideas based on your unique interests and priorities.

Does It Fit For You?

There is no single best method to lose weight. This site is designed to help you choose from several alternatives to take you to the next level of weight management. You build from your past experiences and craft a unique plan. Even if you have not yet reached your ideal weight, you may already have some expertise and understanding of what has worked for you in the past and what has not been particularly useful.
